The project was primarily a migration of an existing website to WordPress where the visual direction stayed mostly the same. The key goal was not a redesign but a more maintainable technical setup and better operational support for citizen sign-up.
I also implemented a cost calculator so citizens could estimate the cost of switching directly on the website. This made conversations with residents more concrete because people could evaluate price impact early.
NextSign handled the signatures and MitID flow. My focus was integrating NextSign with Cobra Fjernvarme’s CRM, so the board could track signature progress and store the required data on Cobra’s side.
I also acted as technical consultant during the project. I led the initial discussions with potential signature solution providers, documented the trade-offs, and presented the result to the board. When something did not work, I was the one investigating the issue and driving the technical dialogue with sub-vendors until it was resolved.
